Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the installation of cable trays, but they must pay attention to skills in everything in order to better achieve its effectiveness. Below, Jinan cable tray manufacturer will provide a detailed introduction to the precautions for cable tray installation process.

1. Nut bolt position.

During installation, the bolts and nuts of the cable tray connection plate should be located on the outer side of the tray. When the straight section steel cable tray exceeds 30m, there should be Expansion joint, and the expansion connection plate should be used for its connection; Expansion joint shall be set at the place where the cable tray crosses the Expansion joint of the building.

2. Turning radius.

The turning radius at the turning point of the cable tray should not be less than the larger allowable bending radius of the cable on the tray. Here, we will talk about the issue of cable bending radius. During cable construction, in order to ensure no damage to the cable and safety after operation, the bending radius of the cable is specially specified. The small bending radius of the cable should meet the requirements of relevant regulations.

3. Bending radius.

During the production process of cable trays, the bending radius of the cables should be fully considered. To avoid endangering personal safety in the event of cable failure, the entire length of the cable tray, like the cable support, should also have good grounding. When the total length of the cable tray is long, multi-point grounding should be carried out. Attention should also be paid to some details, such as the bolts that fix the cable tray connection plate should be threaded from the inside out to avoid scratching the cable.
